| Opening Hours | The box office is open on Tuesdays from 3 – 7 pm and on performance days from 3 pm. |
| Discounts | – Reduced tickets at 11 € are available for pupils, students and trainees – Members of the Neuköllner Oper e.V. receive reduced tickets at 12 € – Children up to 14 years receive tickets at 5 € – A 3 € ticket is available for holders of the Berlinpass in connection with the identity card after availability of remaining tickets (tickets only at the box office). – Wheelchair users or people with disabilities who require an escort will receive free admission for the escort. |
