At the Staatstheater Mainz, as chief dramaturge and personal assistant to the artistic director, and at the Deutsches Theater in G\u00f6ttingen as chief dramaturge\/deputy artistic director, he initiated and directed numerous world premieres and writers&#8217; workshops &#8211; with Tankred Dorst, Falk Richter, Roland Schimmelpfennig, John von D\u00fcffel, Rebekka Kricheldorf, Lutz H\u00fcbner and others &#8211; and wrote plays for musical theater with world premieres in Berlin, Salzburg, Vienna, Stuttgart, Amsterdam. At the Neuk\u00f6llner Oper Berlin, he has created and continues to create various adaptations, plays, occasional productions, as well as developing and directing new formats: Collaborations, author workshops (including with Feridun Zaimoglu), international co-productions and festivals of European music theater.
