This unique collaboration was initiated by Peter Lund, who, as the former artistic director of the Neuk\u00f6llner Oper and head of the Musical program at UdK, built an exceptionally creative and fruitful bridge between the two institutions. Starting from improvisations, Peter Lund quite literally wrote the roles to fit the young performers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite changes in leadership over the years, this tradition has continued to this day. It allows young performers to present themselves to the public for the first time in a fully realized production at a professional theatre, thus providing an ideal start to their stage careers. In turn, audiences experience a one-of-a-kind musical theatre event, shaped above all by the unique energy of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"slider\" class=\"wp-block-acv-slider\"><figure
