NO Kids invites children from age 10 to 15 to make music, play theatre, and simply let loose on stage. Together with director Verena Schonlau Talamonti, the children create a musical theatre piece over several rehearsal weekends, which is eventually performed in front of an audience at the Neuköllner Oper. Requirements for participation: no previous experience, just time and passion.

Premiere of the new production by the Oldies (ages 12–15). They performed the piece again in public together with the “Newcomers” (ages 8–11) at the festival “48 Hours Neukölln” — in our new rehearsal space, the Remise at Uthmannstraße 12.

Over the course of six weekend afternoons, the children created music, movement, and acting for a play under the guidance of Lajos Talamonti and Michael Kessler, which they then presented on our stage: a mini musical as part of the arts and culture festival “48 Hours Neukölln.”
